Trail running tech runs through the base of the Terrex Swift R3 with the ultra-lightweight Lightstrike EVA. Selected for extra soft cushioning and speed.

MIDFOOT STABILITY AND ARCH SUPPORT

A new way to engineer a hiking shoe. The Terrex Swift R3’s Pro-Moderator provides lateral stability and protects the midfoot from overuse on longer hikes.

SECURE FIT AND RIDE

The Terrex Swift R3 midsole design has been constructed to sit the heel deeper in the shoe, providing a more secure fit and locked in ankles when hiking.

Created with a Continental™ Rubber outsole, the Terrex Swift R3 provides stability and grip across rock, mud and loose ground in both wet and dry conditions.
